“Success tomorrow requires preparation today, so consider what your best day would look like and create a path of least resistance towards it.”
“Meditation can be as simple as fully focusing on one breath or giving someone our full attention when they talk to us.”
“Becoming our best selves requires strong foundations, such as a good nights sleep, drinking enough water and a baseline of physical fitness. Conduct a survey and assess your foundations now.”

Polymath Rabindranath Tagore on the interrelatedness of service and joy:

C. Something to consider this week:
“We grow up unquestioningly absorbing many inherited assumptions about the world.
These inherited assumptions form our view and experience of the world and are not necessarily conducive towards our ultimate self-actualisation.
It is very common for these assumptions to be maintained without being tested.
Always be ready to systematically test your theories, maintaining those that hold true and adjusting those that do not.
Eventually, you will find yourself evolving rapidly towards a more balanced world view.
What assumptions do you hold?”
Until next Monday,
