Shibashi exercises are a gentle, beautiful and flowing set of 18 Qigong movements that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing. Each exercise is designed to work on internal organs in the body as well as unblocking stagnant energy (qi) This set is particularly suitable to those with restricted mobility as the exercises can be done whilst seated as well as standing. Health benefits can be felt within just a few weeks of practice.
