A. Joyful ideas from me
1.
“You are utterly unique and irreplaceable, acknowledge your invaluable nature.”

2.
“The mind follows physical cues, so you’d better start acting how you want to feel.”

3.
“Anything worth doing well requires practice and if that practice is enjoyable you are moving in the right direction.”

B. It was once said…
1.
Author Kimberly Giles on recognising your value:
“You are an irreplaceable, one-of-a-kind, amazing being. There will never be another you and this fact alone makes you infinitely and absolutely valuable. Having absolute value means you cannot be diminished by anything or anyone. You are bulletproof and nothing can change your value.”
2.
Author, guru, researcher, and educator Swami Kuvalayananda on awareness of breath:
“When the breath is unsteady, all is unsteady; when the breath is still; all is still. Control the breath carefully. Inhalation gives strength and a controlled body; retention gives steadiness of mind and longevity; exhalation purifies body and spirit.”

C. Something to consider this week:
“Time is the most valuable asset you will ever have
You begin with all the time you will ever have and spend it as you go along.
You can never earn more.
We guard many other things in our lives that we deem valuable.
But we often allow our time to be hijacked by others regularly.
Analyse how you spend your time.
What can you do immediately to remove that which wastes it?
What boundaries can you put in place in order to spend it more wisely?”
Until next Monday,
